- We provide a complete understanding of engineering drawings and its impact to manufactured parts. We can also verify all incoming parts from vendors.
- We perform design assembly analysis to verify stack up against 3 Sigma Standard.
- 3D tolerance analysis is used to generate the most realistic functional requirements. We use this form of analysis to challenge some near impossible requirements.
Assembly/Mechanism Design
- Our designers and engineers are power users of Pro/Engineer CREO, our primary CAD software for parts and assembly design and mechanism layout.
- All of our drawings will meet the y14.5M 2009 GD&T standards.
- We can assist with the most challenging mechanism requirements. A developed mechanism model can be used for motion and dynamic analysis for clearance and interference studies.
- We can provide animated assembly, piping, and harness routing solutions
