Precise alignment is critical for any flight project. With our proven methodology we are able to achieve arcsecond level of precision. We perform brassboard developmental work for optical element layout, telescope alignment, boresight and vector characterization. We are well versed in component level alignment which can be very challenging because it requires the highest level of accuracy in order to give the best chance of meeting the final position and pointing requirements at the top level. We have expertise in the use of past and present day alignment instruments. We also have expertise with a vast range of CAD and metrology software such as CREO, Spatial Analyzer, Polyworks and Surfacer.
